Returns
Merchandise purchased through the Bastideaux online store may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs.
All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Any requests for refunds or exchanges must include a proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged merchandise. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend you consider a tracking shipping service and shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items in cases of manufacturing defects with no additional shipping charges to you. Please send us an email at hello@bastideaux.com if you need a replacement for a defective or damaged product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 days.
